Setup[edit]

Turn on the streaming computer (power button is on top), and the camera switcher (hold the power button).

Once everything is on, open Livestream Studio on the Desktop.

Setting up Streams[edit]

Livestream and Facebook[edit]

Click on the Livestream icon on the lower middle right of the screen. Then, click + New Event. On this page, type in "Hockessin Campus" plus the date. Set the time and date, and click create event. Back in Livestream Studio, drop down the event list on the left and select the new event. This will NOT setup YouTube however.

YouTube[edit]

YouTube is usually set up earlier so it can be added to the weekly newsletter. Click the YouTube icon on the bottom right, and drop it down to that weeks service name.

Setting up Cameras[edit]

You can select the cameras by clicking their number on Control A. Set up the settings per the Camera Switcher Guide.

The first 7 presets are setup for common views. The bottom bank of 8-14 can be adjusted situationally.

Camera Presets[edit]

  1. Worship Team
  2. Announcements (in front of table)
  3. Pastor with Slide GFX
  4. Pastor Closeup
  5. Pastor Wide
  6. Pulpit (for other speakers or announcements)
  7. Full Wide

If you are setting new presets, it may be wise to reference the information in the [Streaming Camera Style Guide].

Lobby Televisions[edit]

With the cameras setup, go out to the lobby and turn on the two televisions (the remotes are on the back right, velcroed on, or you can click the button on the bottom middle to turn them on). If the popup is on the middle of the screen, refer to Streaming Troubleshooting.
